Nethermind returned to one of Media’s premier music venues for a post Media 5 Miler evening of rock. As always, the star of the night was the food and cocktails served up by our excellent hosts Shere-e-Punjab.

It’s a debate that will rage for weeks… who sweat more on this hot Friday in June, a runner in the Media 5 Miler or a happy-footed Netherhead? The bringers of rock-n-roll heat, Nethermind, coronated the popular Media 5 Miler with three hours of danceable jams at Shere-E-Punjab in what was a memorable follow-up to the band’s epic night in December.
Fan favorites like “American Girl” and “When You Were Young” got ’em movin’, but it was a heroic drum solo on the band’s original “Booze Off the Shelf” that brought the house down. Which is why chicks always go for the drummer:-/
